Exciting Updates at Spectrum
We are thrilled to share some important updates regarding Spectrum, reflecting recent developments and the transition of the Spectrum business from AddVision management to Healthcare 21 Group, an AddLife company.
In line with our commitment to growth and adaptability, Spectrum has undergone a structural evolution. We are delighted to announce David Plotts as our Interim General Manager. His experience from Healthcare21 brings valuable insights to lead Spectrum successfully during this period of transition. In addition, we are further strengthening our management team with the appointment of Richard Graham who has joined as National Sales Manager. Richard brings a wealth of ophthalmic industry knowledge and expertise in building and leading high-performance sales teams and operations.
There have also been internal promotions with Samantha Franklin promoted to the position of UK Marketing Manager, leveraging on her past experience to elevate and drive our marketing initiatives. Bibi Eldred has also been promoted to Finance Manager for the wider Healthcare21 Group, UK. Consequently, we are actively seeking a replacement Finance Manager for Spectrum.
We have further realised opportunities to strengthen the support we can offer our customers with Healthcare21 now providing comprehensive technical servicing and maintenance support for our diagnostic products, leveraging their engineering skill base and personnel depth. Healthcare21 have significant HR, Compliance and Regulatory functions that will support the Spectrum business as it grows and this collaboration with Healthcare21 also opens avenues for cross-marketing, utilising Healthcare21’s contacts and market intelligence resources.
As we adapt to these changes, rest assured that Spectrum will maintain its separate entity status within the Healthcare 21 Group, with continued dedication to enhancing customer service and technical support.
