Our ICO Registration number is ZA353118.  This policy relates to our website and also covers our day-to-day processing activities.

Basis for processing:

We do not collect any personal data directly from our website. All contacts we use within the business are collected via emails requesting information, details taken over the telephone, using data from past sales, trade shows or day-to-day sales calls from our external sales teams. Our primary lawful source of personal data is via legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(f)), and under the lawful basis of being necessary for the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(b)).

Personal data is processed entirely for the legitimate interest of maintaining contact between us and you (our customer or potential customer) in order to deliver our service and fulfil any contracts which exist between us. We use the Salesforce and ActiveCampaign applications to store your data for the purpose of coordinating sales and marketing efforts and to send you requested information about products or services we offer.

We do utilise cloud computing applications, which means that data may be stored outside of the UK. though every effort has been made to ensure the security of the sites we use.
